Is joining the network the same as applying for a job?
No. Joining puts you in front of recruiters across every program we run. When something specific matches, a recruiter gets in touch — and you get the details before you decide anything.
Who sees my profile?
Our recruiters, and only the client programs you have agreed to. You can see that list, and take your consent back whenever you want.
Do I need to be verified straight away?
No. It happens with your consent when you are actually being considered for something, and you can watch the status of every check.
Are HTD programs paid?
Terms vary by program and region, and they are in writing before you accept a place. We never charge candidates for training.
How do I update or delete my profile?
From your profile page, whenever you like. Deleting removes your data on the schedule in the privacy notice, and we tell you when it is done.
