TALENT TECHNOLOGY · SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS · GLOBAL TALENT

A technology company built for the talent economy. Wherever you operate.

We build the software that runs modern hiring. We build and modernise the enterprise systems around it. And we deploy the people who operate both — mostly for banks, telecoms, healthcare and government, where the compliance bar is high and we have built for it.

Engineering-led
We build our own products, run them in production, and fix them ourselves when they break.
Procurement-ready
We can contract through vendor-of-record rosters, supply arrangements and MSP/VMS programs.
Third-party risk aligned
Set up for the outsourcing and third-party risk reviews financial institutions have to run.
Accessible by design
Every interface we ship targets WCAG 2.2 AA, plus whatever your region requires on top.
WHAT WE DO

Three capabilities. Buy one, or run all three as a single program.

02

Software & AI solutions

We were a software shop before we were a talent company. The same engineers who ship our products take client work directly: new products, modernisation, enterprise AI, data platforms, and the support that keeps all of it running.

Hire them as a fixed-scope project, as a pod that owns an outcome, or as named engineers working inside your own teams.

03

Global talent services

Contract and permanent hiring, RPO, trained cohorts and embedded pods, across five regions. Everyone we send you has been sourced, screened, assessed and verified on our own platform first — so the shortlist turns up with its working attached.

We can come in through your MSP or VMS program, off a vendor-of-record roster, or on a direct agreement.

HOW WE ENGAGE

A process procurement can audit.

Whether it is one product licence, a development pilot or a multi-year managed program, it runs through the same five stages — with named owners, gates that are written down, and reporting at every step.

01 · WEEK 1–2
Discovery
We look at the roles, the workload and the systems you already run, work out the security and residency requirements, and write down what success looks like.
02 · WEEK 2–3
Qualification
Commercial model, rate card or licence terms, your risk questionnaire, the security review and legal onboarding. This is the slow part, so we start it early.
03 · WEEK 3–6
Pilot
One bounded slice — a single product configuration, one squad or one role family — measured against the criteria you set in discovery.
04 · ONGOING
Scale
Rolling out across regions and business units: onboarding, integration into your HRIS or VMS, and handing knowledge over to your own teams.
05 · QUARTERLY
Govern
SLA and quality reporting, business reviews, whatever your auditors need, and improvement actions tracked until they close.
GLOBAL DELIVERY

Five regions, one delivery standard.

Nearshore and offshore capacity, with someone onshore who answers for it. Work follows the sun across time zones, and the contract, the escalation path and the quality bar stay the same wherever it lands.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers procurement asks for first.

The full detail — security documentation, reference architecture, all of it — is in the capability statement.

Request capability statement →

Can we license one product without the rest?

Yes. Each one is licensed, deployed and supported on its own, with its own APIs and a path into whatever HRIS, ATS or VMS you already run. Insyght One connects them if you want that later — it is never a condition of buying one.

How do you contract with large enterprises?

Directly, on a master service agreement. Through your MSP or VMS program. Off vendor-of-record and public-sector supply arrangements. Or as a delivery partner alongside the system integrator you already use.

How is AI decision-making governed?

Every score can be opened up: it shows the skills, experience and evidence it was built from. The screening logic is written down and reviewable, models are versioned, and the points where a person made the call are recorded for audit.

Where does our data live?

Wherever you need it to. Residency is set per deployment across North America, Europe, India and APAC. Access is role-based behind SSO, and retention and deletion schedules go in the agreement rather than being left to us.

How quickly can a program start?

Discovery takes one to two weeks and qualification another two to three, so a bounded pilot usually starts inside six weeks. Deeper screening or a tricky region can stretch that — we tell you the dates before anyone starts work.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.

Tell us whether you want a product demo, an engineering pilot or a sample shortlist. We will come back with a scoped starting point, a commercial model, and whatever your review needs to see.
